Digital Twin · Desktop App

Two of you. One does the boring part.

Twynn is a lightweight desktop twin. It holds the desk while you are away, works the way you work, and quietly learns your apps, your workflows, and your rhythm. All on your own machine.

01, The Problem

The desk still needs a body.

So much of a working day is not the work, it is the presence around it: the clicks, the check-ins, the same routine no one remembers doing. And the tools that try to automate it either get caught or quietly spy on you.

02, The Vision

Be present. Even when you are not.

Twynn started from a simple idea: your presence should not be a full-time job. If a tool can move like you, work like you, and pace itself like you, then the busywork can happen without you sitting through it.

But a twin that behaves like a robot is worthless. It gets flagged, and it teaches you nothing. So Twynn is built around two convictions: it has to move like a person, and it has to stay entirely yours, running on your machine, learning your day, with nothing leaving the device.

The result is less an automation tool and more a quiet second self, one that holds the desk and, in the process, comes to understand how you actually work.

03, The Platform

Everything a working human does. Minus the human.

Seven capabilities, one small binary. Each one exists to make the twin indistinguishable from you at the desk, and to keep it lightweight and private while it does.

04, Architecture

It all runs on your machine.

Twynn is a single desktop process with no cloud in the loop, an automation engine that acts, and an on-device intelligence layer that observes, learns, and remembers, entirely offline.

How Twynn works, from a human-like mouse path to the on-device memory that learns your day. No servers, no accounts holding your data, no cloud in the loop.
05, Engineering Challenges

Make it human. Keep it small.

The hard problems were not features, they were constraints: behave like a person, stay invisible, and run real intelligence in a couple of megabytes, offline.

06, My Role

The whole thing, end to end.

Twynn is a solo-founded product. I own the idea, the architecture, and every layer of the build, from the human-motion engine to the on-device intelligence and the brand itself.

07, Technology

A small, native, offline stack.

Chosen for footprint and privacy: native input control on every OS, intelligence that runs locally, and a memory that never touches a server.

08, Live Demo

Robots jiggle. Twynn moves.

Real cursors travel in curves, bezier arcs with micro-tremors and imperfect timing. Flip between human and robotic below and watch the difference, live from the product.

Live · signature motion

Most bots move in dead-straight lines at inhuman speed, and get flagged. Twynn travels in curves: bezier arcs, realistic acceleration, and micro-tremors. Flip the switch and watch the difference.
